Job Title: Enterprise Production Coordinator Company: Vernovis Location: Cincinnati or Columbus, OH (Hybrid) Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Enterprise Production Coordinator to join the Vernovis team. This role is critical to our success, encompassing responsibilities in contracts, Bullhorn Automation, reporting, payroll, onboarding, compliance, and more. Contracts and Addendums Draft, review, and execute contracts and addendums. Ensure compliance and maintain accurate contract records. 2. Bullhorn Automation Act as Vernovis’ Bullhorn Automation & Bullhorn ATS Subject Matter Expert (SME). Manage Bullhorn Automation tools to optimize staffing and operational processes. Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for Bullhorn users. 3. Staffing Production Initiatives and Reporting Track and analyze KPIs, generating detailed performance reports. Identify and implement process improvements to support staffing production. 4. RFP Management Lead the development and submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs). Collaborate with internal teams to meet proposal deadlines and quality standards. 5. Payroll, Timesheets, and Consultant Support Process payroll accurately and on time. Manage consultant timesheets, ensuring timely approvals and issue resolution. Oversee onboarding for consultants, including technology and systems setup. Track and maintain client compliance requirements. Address consultant requests and inquiries promptly and effectively. 6. Operational Vendor Contact Act as the primary liaison for key operational vendors. Resolve issues, manage relationships, and coordinate system updates with vendors. 7. Administrative and Office Support Run mail for in-office days and deposit checks as needed. Support onboarding of new internal team members, ensuring they have access to the proper technology and systems. Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests to support the team’s operations. 8. Team Collaboration Assist with cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive team environment. Qualifications: Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Familiarity with payroll processing, timesheet management, and compliance tracking. Proficiency with staffing industry tools (e.g., Bullhorn, LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter) and operational software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with vendor management and security training programs is a plus. 2+ years of professional experience, degree preferred but not required.
