The Non CDL Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of stops daily. The deliveries require unloading the product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering the merchandise to the customer-designated location. The essential aspects of this position are delivering products and providing exceptional customer service.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 6:00am to 3:30pm.(or until route is completed)
Pay Rate: $21-$23/hourly
You will:
- Safely operate a 24' box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)
- Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
- Properly track and document the activity log
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
- Inspect the truck before and after each trip
- Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude
You have:
- A valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
- A good driving record
- 1 year of route delivery experience
- 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
- Lift gate experience
- Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
- Strong work ethic
