Physical Therapist Supervisor

In this role, you will oversee the physical therapy services, ensuring exceptional patient care, compliance with healthcare regulations, and efficient operation of the therapy department. Manage and supervise the physical therapy staff across various facilities Develop and implement policies and practices to ensure high standards of patient care Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to regulations and standards Provide mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities for staff Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes Manage departmental budgets and forecast resource needs Evaluate treatment results and implement continuous improvements to therapy plans Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of physical therapy practices and regulations Proficient in using medical software and rehabilitation equipment Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license to practice physical therapy Board Certified in Physical Therapy (optional but preferred) CPR certified
