Annual and Sick Leave – Classified Staff, Non-Classified Staff and 12-month Faculty earn up to 24 days of annual leave per year (max 360 hours) and up to 18 days of sick leave per year. Position Information
Position Title: Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions Banner Position Number: 000885 E-Class: NC - Nonclassified - .53 or > Department: Office of Admissions - MU2020 Job Description: Reports to the Director of Undergraduate Admissions; oversees undergraduate admission functions in the absence of the Associate Director, utilizes information technology to support and enhance admissions processes and initiatives, assists in managing the applicant pools from applicant through enrolled stages including the receipt and authentication of credentials, application evaluation and all communications related to the admission process. Will serve as SCT Banner contact and manage Admissions staff in the absence of the Associate Director; will promote a sense of team and represent the undergraduate admissions office to internal and external constituents as needed. Travel on a limited basis as necessary and participate in all Admissions-related events and functions as assigned. Responsible for additional programs and initiatives as assigned. Salary Range: $48,000 - $59,400. Commensurate with qualifications and experience Time Type: Full-Time Work Location: MU - Marshall University Qualifications: Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Experience: Previous enrollment-related supervisory experience, relevant technology/computer/data management, valid driver’s license.
