WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE You will be part of Pfizer’s dynamic Global Access and Value (GAV) team and will have the important role of creating and executing the HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E) strategy. The Senior Manager, HV&E will support the Medical Dermatology portfolio. You will be responsible for the evidence generation strategy at a Global level, including oversight and development of evidence generation and dissemination of technical deliverables to successful access strategy. In particular, this role will focus on generating evidence through incorporation into clinical trial programs and real-world data studies as well as ensuring value and evidence generation around the economic and humanistic aspects. You will participate in specialized projects within the realm of I&I, aiding in crafting and implementing comprehensive access evidence strategies. HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
Lead the development of the HTA, Value & Evidence Strategy to support the access values of assets in close partnership with the cross-functional matrix team. Work closely with PRD, CMAO, WRD, and commercial to ensure that their access evidence/HEOR needs are met. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure an aligned value and evidence plan at the Global level. Develop real-world evidence generation strategies and lead the design and execution of studies (e.g., treatment patterns, real-world effectiveness, burden of illness studies, epidemiology studies, etc.) to generate evidence to support brand competitive differentiation and value proposition. Lead the execution of clinically relevant and scientifically valid, cutting-edge HEOR studies and projects (including non-interventional studies, registries, etc.) in alignment with the global HEOR strategy catered to diverse stakeholders (regulators, payers, patients, physicians, and policymakers). Lead the development of appropriate data dissemination plans and communicate in a timely manner. Remain fully compliant with all Pfizer SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree (MSc, MPH) in HEOR-relevant field such as health services research, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy administration/pharmaceutical policy, or other research-focused public health field; Doctoral degree (PhD, DrPH, ScD, PharmD) in relevant fields preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience with PhD/DrPH/ScD/PharmD; minimum of 5 years of experience with MS/MPH in HEOR or relevant related fields (health economics, epidemiology, health services research, or other research-focused public health field), sufficient to have developed a solid understanding of outcomes research and independently conducting HEOR studies including economic evaluations and real-world studies. Experience in early development, clinical trials, patient-reported outcomes, is desirable. Knowledge and experience in the Immunology therapeutic area is preferred. Demonstrated understanding of fundamental health services research methods (e.g., health economics, patient-reported outcomes, research study design, database analyses, epidemiology, and statistics) and external environmental trends influencing health care/pharmaceuticals in key markets worldwide. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects involving complex processes, significant budget, competing deadlines, and rapidly shifting priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills required; ability to understand and respond to multiple internal and external customers and influence in a matrix environment. Excellent oral and written English communication skills required. Strong project management abilities (contracting, budgeting, vendor management) essential. Skilled in functioning within a matrix organization where managing through influence is required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The annual base salary for this position ranges from $135,100.00 to $225,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share-based long-term incentive program.
