Work with Unionized Pre-Qualified Leads Provided by Us: Leverage these warm connections to maximize efficiency by eliminating prospecting time and focus on delivering personalized, high-value consultations to clients. Build Trust and Confidence: Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding policy options, premium structures, and benefits to build long-term relationships. Stay Updated on Products and Industry Trends: Continuously learn about new product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory changes to best serve clients.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, especially in financial services, or a related field, is a plus but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. State insurance licensing required (we provide the licensing process if needed).
