Recruit and train volunteers. Develop and maintain volunteer retention programs. Assures compliance with all regulatory issues related to volunteers. Develop programs that maximize the use of volunteers in both clinical and administrative services. Assumes other duties as developed by the Director of Operations Assists in the recruitment, training and development of all volunteer programs as needed. Qualifications: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and the ability to speak before groups with sensitivity and compassion. Significant group organizational experience. Volunteer experience desired, particular in recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteers. Knowledge of hospice. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Demonstrates excellent observation, problem solving, verbal and written communications. Bereavement Volunteer: knowledge of the death and dying process; interacts with family in a caring and compassionate manner; assists with arrangements after death; assists with agency memorial services or activities; assists with community education on end-of-life issues. Patient Care Volunteer: records accurate, legible, timely, and objective documentation of each patient/family encounter; schedules regular visits with patient/family as designated in the Plan of Care; provides respite care for family; attends IDG for updating of Plan of Care as appropriate; communicates any changes or observations to assigned supervisor and Administrator. Administrative Volunteer: completes all assignments in a timely manner; paperwork is neat, thorough, and legible. Qualifications Experience : Less than 6 months Education Requirements Volunteers who provide patient care and support services according to their experience, training and education must be in compliance with agency policies and under the supervision of an agency employee. You will make an impact by…

Performing financial analysis on items including revenues, margins, operating costs, receivables, inventory. Identifying variances to budgets and monthly forecasts. Performing balance sheet account reconciliations, making necessary adjustments. Analyzing product margin and mix, working directly with sales to ensure that sales and margin targets are met or exceeded. Participating in month-end close process in areas such as accruals, revenue recognition, intercompany charges, etc. Assisting with budget/forecast activities and supporting annual financial audit. Adhering to all relevant administrative requirements, policies, and procedures and respecting confidentiality of data. Maintaining and processing entries in accordance with IFRS accounting rules. Completing various projects and tasks as assigned with minimal oversight.

A BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or similar degree and 2-4 years in a position as a Financial Analyst. Demonstrated solid knowledge of principles in the field of accounting. Strong verbal and written skills along with good interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong/advanced Excel skills required.

SAP and cost accounting experience preferred.
