About the Role: As a Guest Experience Shift Lead , you’ll play a key role in making the magic happen! You’ll be the Manager on Duty , leading the charge to ensure smooth operations across Admissions, Retail, and Café. You’ll also have the chance to develop and inspire our front-line staff , helping them deliver top-notch customer service every day. Qualifications & Experience What You’ll Do:
Manager on Duty Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth operation of Admissions, Attraction, Food & Beverage , and Retail Delegate tasks and monitor daily assignments for our front-line team Lead and inspire staff to be “guest-obsessed” and provide exceptional service Ensure adherence to all health and safety policies Efficiently manage guest queues and ensure the best flow during peak times Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with relevant departments
Training & Development: Lead training for front-line Hosts in areas like ride safety , food safety , profit protection , and retail standards Empower team members to provide outstanding service , including resolving guest issues when needed Evaluate performance, provide coaching, and escalate when necessary

Leadership skills that motivate and inspire Strong communication skills to ensure seamless operations A passion for exceptional guest experiences Ability to think on your feet and tackle any challenge with a smile A strong commitment to health, safety , and teamwork Experience in managing or leading teams is a plus!
