Job Summary The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for the supervision of road, well pad and facilities site. They will oversee the team in the completion of the well pad and facilities. Responsibilities

Promote Safety. This duty is performed daily, about 100% of the time. Stake road and well pads. This duty is performed as needed, about 10% of the time. Oversee the construction phases of roads, wells pads and facilities. This duty is performed daily, about 75% of the time. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.

Licenses/ Certifications Valid driver’s license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required. Qualifications/Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction management or construction coordinator roles Experience in Microsoft Excel Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions The successful candidate will live within 70 miles of Jourdanton, TX Physical requirements typically include standing, stooping, walking, climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and wearing various personal protective equipment (PPE) in extreme variations of temperature year-round. The successful candidate must be able to complete all essential, physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
