Department : Luverne Fire Department Compensation : $13.73/hr Hours : On-Call; Volunteer as Needed Deadline : Open until filled. Position Objectives: This position performs skilled work in the performance of fire suppression and first aid work; respond to fire alarms and other emergency calls; extinguish and control fires as assigned. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalency; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the work. Must be 18 years of age. Possession of and ability to maintain a valid Minnesota driver’s license. Seven (7) minute emergency call response time is required to be met within six (6) months of hire.
