Job Description
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries/requests/quotes. Provide customer services including handling complaints or general assignments as defined by the department. Act as assistants to the sales staff. Communicate with internal and external sources to secure information. Data entry of shipments and process FTZ operations. Billing for all warehouse customers. Join meetings with customers and create meeting materials. Handle other job assignments as determined by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
Japanese Bilingual Preferred (Writing and Reading). Strong teamwork skills. Good communication skills – listening, providing, and receiving feedback. Process improvement. Organized - ability to deal with multiple tasks and/or projects being handled simultaneously. Patience – ability to deal with complex processes that may involve multiple levels of approval. High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant relevant working experience. Some college desirable. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
