Part-Time Recreation Center Front Desk Staff The Cedar Falls Recreation Division is seeking Front Desk Staff candidates to work up to 29 hrs/wk, some weekends required. Duties will include, but not be limited to: Overseeing, coordinating, and enforcing facility and usage policies; Answering/transferring calls; Assisting clientele and responding to requests for information; Selling, processing, and maintaining membership records and facility/equipment rentals; Processing payments; Overseeing facility and grounds maintenance issues and reporting; Cleaning fitness equipment and monitoring/reporting proper operation; Completing opening and closure procedures; Performing computer and data entry processing for registration, payment, and reviewing staff communications for current issues and informing full-time staff of issues. Position requires a high school diploma, or equivalent. Special Requirements Possession of, or ability to obtain, CPR and First Aid certifications.
