Overview The Bath Authority (TBA) - Sales Representative
Leads Provided / No Cold Calling / Paid Training
The Sales Representative identifies all prospects in an assigned territory, evaluating the resources needed to develop business relationships. This role develops sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts, selling approved products and services. The Sales Representative works strategically with customers to provide solutions to meet their bath remodeling needs.

Pre-qualified appointments for sales representative Responsibilities Meet with customers to sell exclusive products, which include pre-arranged appointments. Develop proposals in accordance with TBA standards and present them to customers, reviewing them in detail. Engage customers by adapting to their buying style, incorporating proven sales techniques and a consultative approach to effectively demonstrate TBA's bath installations. Consistently work toward acquiring new business by generating leads and following up on them. Attend team meetings to review department goals and strategies as required. Work with Sales Manager to develop annual sales goals and work toward meeting them. Always maintain professionalism on the job. Handle any sales rep errors or management hold deals. Always be available to run leads that can be assigned the day of. Qualifications EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. EXPERIENCE Valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to insurance company. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work independently and as a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner. Ability to develop relationships with customers. Excellent time management skills. Ability to lift 40lbs.
