Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service / Baking Support Hours: Part-time position (10-25 hours per week), occasional Saturdays required Primary Customer Service Responsibilities: Courteously taking special orders by phone, email or in person Dynamically selling products by providing customer with information needed to make their selections Tastefully packaging, labeling, presenting, and or pricing products Maintaining the front display cases by filling trays from backstock Ensuring that all surfaces, shelves, counters, floors, tables, and trays are cleaned Preparing boxes, unloading, organizing and restocking supplies Assisting in other duties, as requested Primary Bake Support Responsibilities: Set and restock case as needed After baking remove products from pans and package properly Maintain a clean and sanitized work space, wash dishes and other supplies Qualifications: Highly motivated, organized and takes initiative Handles stress and tight deadlines well Embraces a “can do, will do and get it done!” attitude Takes ownership and pride in their work Is not afraid of new challenges Can handle direct & candid feedback Can juggle lots of moving pieces while staying calm and positive Availability: Mrs. Goodman’s operates Tuesday – Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
