Your Role at Hostinger:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will focus on the fraud and abuse area . You will provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive improvements to the fraud and abuse prevention framework. You will drive analytical initiatives, present findings and recommendations to the wider team and company leadership, and collaborate with different teams to encourage data-driven process improvements and product decisions. You will develop user archetypes and build dashboards to demonstrate usage patterns based on risk categories and potential fraudulent behavior.
Your Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in evaluating data, providing solutions and business recommendations, and decision-making based on data. (mandatory) Proven experience in building data models, preferably within fraud prevention or a cybercrime-related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to a non-technical audience. Experience with A/B testing and user behavior analysis. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.). Strong mindset towards data quality in all stages of the analyses.

Salary:
Gross salary from €3,500 to €6,000 gross per month (depends on your experience).
