About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director for Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Policy, Training, and Communications. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the global E&C programs, with a focus on policy, training, and communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that enhances employees' understanding and application of E&C guidance. This includes leading a team in the creation and deployment of global E&C training content and partnering with key stakeholders to design and execute an effective communications strategy that aligns with the overall E&C program goals. The role also involves ensuring successful E&C communications with senior leadership and the board of directors.Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for a degree in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, public relations, or business. A minimum of 10 years' experience in training and communications is required, with a strong preference for those with a background in developing or revising corporate policies and guidance, particularly within an E&C or related organization. Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global anti-bribery laws and other anti-corruption standards, and a proven track record of integrity in a corporate setting. Strong communication, influence management, team management, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and with senior leaders.
