This role will be instrumental in shaping our company's future and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Sales Management:
Oversee the entire sales organization, including sales teams, channel partners, and distributors. Develop and implement effective sales processes, quotas, and performance metrics. Coach and mentor sales teams to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.
Marketing Leadership:
Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing. Manage brand strategy, positioning, and messaging. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Identify and address customer needs and pain points. Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
Team Building and Development:
Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team. Create a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members.
Financial Performance:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives. Drive revenue growth and profitability. Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the ecommerce industry. Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals. Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce trends. Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools. Knowledge of international sales and marketing.
