About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of E-Commerce Strategy to spearhead the development and execution of our E-commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience by optimizing our B2B direct sale websites. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading a dedicated E-commerce team Overseeing E-commerce technology, development, and advertising budgets Aligning E-commerce portfolio with brand guidelines and strategic priorities Managing internal teams, external consultants, and agencies Optimizing online sales channels to maximize profitability Directly managing P&L for E-commerce operations Enhancing operational efficiency and analytics of E-commerce platforms Building relationships with platform providers and technology vendors Coordinating with marketing and demand generation to improve online presence
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, 10-15 years of relevant experience in E-commerce leadership, and a proven track record in high-performance E-commerce management. Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and analytics are essential, alongside a passion for industry trends and digital marketing best practices. Familiarity with agile development processes and data-driven improvement strategies is also beneficial.
