Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team, establishing expectations and holding the team accountable to meeting them (LMA). Develop and execute global e-commerce strategies for customers and demonstrators (independent direct salespeople) that align with company's overall business goals. Optimize online journey, including navigation, product and coordination information, search, inspiration, checkout process, and transactional emails. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of user flows, engagement, bounce rates, and conversion rates to optimize revenue growth and profitability. Project manage all digital storefront content publishing requests from cross-functional departments. Perform ongoing research around e-commerce best practices across platforms and devices. Requirements BA/BS in e-commerce, marketing, business-related field or equivalent experience accompanied with 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce properties. International direct-selling industry experience a plus. Proven success in e-commerce and/or marketing leadership and building collaborative working relationships to develop rapport and respect with internal and external clients and vendors. Fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, client/server communication, HTTP preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. High degree of initiative with ability to perform in an environment of constant change, anticipate needs, make recommendations, creatively solve problems, and inspire others to do the same. Willingness to work varied hours and schedules on occasion as dictated by business demands.
