Salary ranges from $75,000- $85,000 /year | Credit for experience will be given
How you will make an impact:
As an Executive Director, you will significantly influence the organization by establishing a clear vision and strategic direction that prioritizes our resident's well-being and satisfaction. By fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence amongst our staff, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services tailored to the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, your commitment to community engagement and relationship-building will enhance the facility's reputation, attracting resources and support that further elevate the resident experience.
Schedule:
Weekdays, 8:30am-5pm
On-call 24/7 for Emergencies; available via phone Some holiday and weekend coverage needed
Requirements:
Active SC Community Residential Care Facility Administrator License (Required) Minimum of 3 years working as an Executive Director (Required) Minimum of 5 years working in senior living management role (Required)
High school diploma (Required) Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Essential Skills:
Budgeting, financial mgt, P&L, flex budget to occupancy Marketing and public relations Lead teams and develop people Regulatory compliance Strong communication skills (written, verbal) Flexibility Physical tasks (helping residents, emergencies) Customer service and resident-focused
Problem-solving and decision-making skills Motivation and initiative Time management Conflict resolution
