About Us: At Generations Dental w e are seeking a Dental Assistant to collaborate with our team to improve our patients dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice in Poplar Grove, IL. As our Dental Assistant, you are highly skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care, and still you can make smooth office procedures for our patients. Your genuine care is transmitted in all interactions to the patients you serve. If you are seeking a new dental home and have experience with Digital x-rays, Eaglesoft o r CEREC, we would LOVE to talk to you! What we offer:

Schedule: You will be thrilled to know our team works 4 days per week with NO WEEKENDS!
Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: Off
Responsibilities: The Front Office Coordinator will:
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority. Develop productive schedules. Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits. Present Treatment plans and coordinate financial options for patients. Manage patient documents and records. Process and complete claim forms. Engage and foster patients through a positive experience. Additional requirements of a dental front office employee.
Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience working in similar roles preferred Experience with Eaglesoft dental software preferred Strong knowledge of Dental operations Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
