About the Role:
To check and key all Customer returns into the system. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Function Golf Returns Match merchandise up with return authorization number. Separate and write up all returns by style, color, and size. Obtain cost of all product from system. Key all merchandise into ABS checking to make sure paper work and system matches. Re-key all information into PKM's. Check error report following morning to make sure there's no errors in keying.
Outside Venders Returns, (Southern Tide and Southern Shirt) Match merchandise up with return authorization number. Separate and write up all returns by style color size. Key all merchandise into PKM's checking to make sure paper work and system matches. Once keyed, send all information to vender for them to key into their system. Work with Venders on any questions or missing return authorizations.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. Experience and Skills More than six months but less than one year relevant work experience preferred, but not required. Competencies Listens and gets clarification Observes safety procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, uses equipment and materials properly Must be accuracy and thorough Must have good knowledge of reprocessing work Must be able to work efficiently Is consistently at work and on time Good interpersonal skills Special Considerations Lift and or move up to approximately _20_ lbs. frequently. Bending/stooping/kneeling required frequently. Routine standing of approximately _8_ hrs. per day.
