KVC Missouri Residential Center: St. James, MO Pay: $16.00 per hour Shift Hours: 8:00am-6:00pm Job Summary This position involves providing assistance for respite stays and facilitating children's engagement in virtual therapy sessions. The job requires flexibility in working hours, which may vary between 8 am and 6 pm on different days. Responsibilities:
Provide for the physical and emotional needs of clients, including:
Providing meals and snacks Assisting with personal care Monitoring medication Intervening in crisis situations
Facilitate a healthy group living experience, including:
Creating a positive and supportive environment Managing conflict Enforcing house rules
Participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team in the care of clients, including:
Attending treatment team meetings Providing input on treatment plans Implementing treatment plans
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalency Class E driver's license with good driving record Strong customer service focus Excellent time management Oral and written communication skills Word, Excel, and e-mail applications proficiency
Must be 21 years old to apply
