Summary of Position: The role of a Live-Out Assistant is to share life with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and other Assistants in relationships of mutuality, to support the individuals in daily life activities, and to live fully the identity and mission of L’Arche in the context of an intentional faith community.

Total Compensation Package
