The ideal candidate will possess: High quality customer service experience and knowledge/understanding of personal injury law. Be detail oriented, comply with Best Practices and adhere to deadlines while consistently displaying proficiency in all verbal and written communications. Unparalleled organizational ability and effective time management. 2+ years’ experience in a private firm. A paralegal certificate and/or bachelor’s degree. In addition, the ideal candidate will also possess unquestioned integrity and discipline and is systems/procedures oriented, detailed oriented, motivated, a self-starter, has the ability to multi-task and is an excellent communicator (written and verbal).
