Duties and Responsibilities • Supporting in-house attorneys on day-to-day legal matters and long-term projects in a wide variety of areas, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and compliance matters, and international trade • Collaborating with cross-functional teams within our family of companies, including marketing, business development, IT, sales, human resources, research and development, and finance as needed on behalf of the Legal team • Managing routine correspondences, organization of files and records, and other general administrative tasks • Developing and maintaining legal technology platforms, applications, and resources, and identifying and implementing improvements to streamline or improve new or existing practices • Researching corporate legal issues relevant to the businesses and preparing appropriate summaries, memos, and related documents to a variety of audiences • Reviewing and preparing contracts and agreements • Other duties as assigned Qualification Requirements Minimum Education: Degree preferred, but not required.
