Construction Operations Manager

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Construction Operations Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. You will be managing the field supervisors, warehouse, fleet, purchasing and internal operation functions. Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for projects to insure on time completion Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractor's activities and schedule. Deliver completed projects on-time meeting customer's expectations Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients Maintain availability/support to the field crews during installations regardless of schedule Track any changes in scope of work and timely provide customer with Change order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original scope of work and Concare's Quality Control Standards

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management or other related fields Familiarity with construction management software including web based, such as Procore, AutoDesk, etc Ability to read blueprints and architectural specifications Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Must be able to comply with badging requirements of key customers, which include a background check, E-Verify and negative DOT Drug Test Must be able to pass medical assessment for jobsite inspections as well as respirator Fit Test If hired, must be willing to submit proof of valid driver's license and insurability OSHA 10 hour Certification (Assistance to obtain can be provided) Salaried position with opportunity for performance based bonus. Salary will be influenced by qualifications and experience.  401K with employer matching program, paid holidays and employer contributions toward Employee Medical Insur and when eligible HRA allotments.  Paid time off based on eligibility and one week Company wide Summer Shutdown.
