The picker will sort and identify merchandise that qualifies for ale via ShopGoodwill, our eCommerce selling platform. The picker will check containers for appropriate merchandise and deliver to the Quality Control team or assessment. You will perform duties in accordance with standard warehouse operating instructions. To ensure success in this position you will need to perform to a high level of accuracy. Top candidates will be upstanding, organized and able to perform under pressure. Picker Responsibilities: · Sort through bin and cages of raw donations to identify merchandise for ShopGoodiwll. · Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized. · Keeping daily accurate records of category, quantity and quality of merchandise. · Picking specific categories as requested by management. · Placing containers on pallets, and securing for delivery to the eCommerce selling area. · Loading and unloading using totes and pallet jacks. · Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations.
Picker Requirements: · High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent. · 1+ years work experience in a similar role. · Excellent verbal communication skills. · Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people. · Proficient with using tools required for this position. · Physically agile and dexterous. · Proficient organizational skills.
