This role will not only represent pH7 during construction but also provide a lasting impact on the final project outcomes and client relationship. This role requires leadership, egoless vision, and technical competence that also has deep experience and knowledge leveraging design vision and construction methodologies into lasting communities. What You’ll Do Construction contract administration services are the most time-consuming and record-intensive of all professional design services and delivering them requires patience and experience. Activities are time sensitive and carry increased legal ramifications. Efficient organization, timely execution, and thorough documentation are paramount for successful delivery. Architects direct the exchange of project information and communications during construction and coordinate any architecture work to be executed at this stage in the project. They provide information to the contractor that cannot be fully discerned from the drawings and specifications, including information from other team members. Compensation Range Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary and opportunity for an annual bonus.
