Answers phone calls, schedule court hearings, send letters of representation to the court, calendar appointments, and support clients. Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc. Must exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Must anticipate needed supplies and place orders for office supplies. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Ideal candidate must live in the Hudson County Area.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education required 1 year of administrative assistant experience. Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Work Hours/Benefits
Will provide educational opportunities by paying for seminars and courses. Hours 9 to 5 Monday through Friday with flexible schedule.
