As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building and nurturing strong customer relationships, driving business expansion, and seeking new opportunities. You’ll work directly with existing customers to strengthen connections while proactively engaging with potential clients to bring in new business. Build and Maintain Relationships: Connect with your existing customer base regularly to strengthen partnerships and expand business. Proactive Sales: Use creative techniques, including cold calling, to ensure a healthy sales pipeline and acquire new business. Customer Solution-Focused: Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, including: Service issues Warranty concerns Parts requests Accounts receivable matters
Travel for Success: Meet clients face-to-face and attend industry conferences, seminars, and events to stay ahead of trends and increase visibility. Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as set by Shaffer.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 4-6 years in outside sales, with a proven track record of face-to-face sales and consistently hitting sales targets. Sales & Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with sales strategies and some operational knowledge is a plus. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite & CRMs. Accountability & Results-Driven: You take ownership of your results and thrive in an environment where you can make an impact. Travel Ready: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, attending customer meetings and industry events across the U.S. (Mostly East Coast) Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Family Entertainment or Vending industries is a bonus but not required. Dependable: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
