We are expanding our network of licensed providers in Ohio. Providers in the Rula network are 1099 contractors, have no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy. Compensation Details LPCC-S, LISW-S: $80 per hourly session (53-minutes) Licensed Psychologist: $90 per hourly session (53-minutes) Guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit Payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, & denied claims *As of 9/17/2024, we've increased our standard rate for all therapists licensed in Ohio. The rate for LCPs has increased to $90. LPCC-S, LISW-S rates have increased to $80. Why Join Rula? JOB SUMMARY: Keep the bakery (interior and exterior) clean and in orderly condition. Is the backup to sanitation leaders & sanitation manager when call outs are presented.

DAILY JOB DUTIES: ·

Delegate work orders to sanitation leaders on a daily basis ·

Assists the Sanitation manager in creating schedules ·

Assists the sanitation manager in updating all MSS & Daily porter work assignments ·

Leads the effort on all wet, dry & allergen cleaning when scheduled ·

Communicates with external waste company on all waste & cardboard removal ·

Creates Purchase Orders per location and submits for approval ·

Negotiates pricing with vendors when needed ·

Verifies all chemical titrations throughout the facility ·

Works with Chemical company to ensure all sanitation associates are trained with proper PPE and chemical handling procedures ·

Ensures all sanitation porters & leaders are trained per assignment on a yearly basis ·

Holds safety huddles when needed with sanitation porters, leaders and production associates ·

Supports the sanitation manager in interviewing sanitation prospects ·

Verifies all daily porter assignments ·

Verifies all wet, dry & allergen clean assignments ·

Verifies all MSS assignments and updates the log as needed ·

Ensures all sanitation equipment / utensils specification are on file ·

Ensures all SDS sheets are updated and on file in all areas chemicals are utilized in ·

Reports waste removal numbers with Damascus controller ·

Supports the pest control program by shadowing inspections and updating the pest control log book ·

Supports the pest control program by updating issues found in Emaint or if sanitation related will lead the effort to correct ·

Able to input work orders via Emaint when opportunities are found throughout the facility ·

Participates in sanitation meetings with maintenance, quality and production to review any opportunities on down days ·

Participates in weekly huddles ·

Participates in weekly operation meeting ·

Participates weekly facility walks ·

Reviews weekly inventory levels ·

Assists quality in pre-operation inspections ·

Ensures all sanitation associates use proper PPE ·

Ensures all sanitation associates follow GMP policy
