Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily sanitation operations and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Manage the Master Sanitation Schedule, Environmental Microbiology Program, and Pest Control Programs. Conduct post-sanitation inspections to ensure all equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and production-ready. Train and manage a team of sanitation associates, holding them accountable for all sanitation processes. Perform other duties as assigned to support sanitation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in food plant sanitation, including managerial or supervisory experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant software. Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in cold environments and handle sanitation chemicals (e.g., acids, caustics, chlorines). Willingness to enter confined spaces and manage physically demanding tasks. Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to train others in sanitation practices. Fluency in English is required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
