Job Description Job Description Kinetico is looking for a Product Document Coordinator to join our Product Development team. The Product Document Coordinator collaborates with cross-functional teams to complete administrative tasks related to product documentation and revises existing documentation, packaging, and labels using the engineering change process to maintain revision control. The Product Document Coordinator is also responsible for keeping the Kinetico extranet up to date with current document revisions. Key Responsibilities:
Creates and revises documents (product manuals, installation instructions, technical manuals, etc.), packaging, and labels. Creates new product documentation in collaboration with new product development teams. Works closely with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing to develop customer (end users and dealers) documentation, packaging, and labels. Revises documents for product changes. Changes typically include product specifications, regulatory and certifications, branding, and trademarks. Coordinates translations (French, Spanish) for documents. Uses the Engineering Change Process to document changes to product manuals, sell sheets, installation instructions, tech manuals, packaging, and labels. Works with purchasing and external vendors to ensure changes to documentation, packaging, and labels reflect approved modification. Links current documents to the Kinetico extranet for customer access.

What you will need to succeed:
Education & Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required. 1+ years of prior documentation or related work experience required. Ability to effectively write and speak with proper grammar. Initiative and ability to contribute without close supervision. Good computer skills; able to work with Word, Excel, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Paint, Adobe Acrobat. Excellent organizational agility skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple projects at one time. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and customer relations skills.

Timely creation of documents and changes to documents Effective collaboration with internal departments and external vendors Attention to detail ensuring that documents reflect current product specifications, certifications, and brand.
Compensation:
Hourly, Non- exempt, compensation commensurate with experience
