Friendly Express is seeking a skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing e quipment and facilities. The technician will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities: -Performing maintenance on HVAC and Refrigeration systems -Minor electrical work -Plumbing -Floor Repairs -Painting -Ceiling tile and insulation replacement -Pick up, deliver, set up equipment -Pressure Washing - Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities - Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as needed - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues - Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good communication skills -Must be able to bend, squat, push, pull and lift 50-75lbs, climb ladders, and work inside or outside as the issue requires -Willingness to work an on call rotating weekend schedule -Valid driver's license
