Job Description Job Description Kinetico is looking for a Service Business Manager to join our commercial service team. The Service Business Manager leads the development, execution, and optimization of global service strategies. This role will focus on creating new service offerings, improving lifecycle management, enabling business expansion, and driving monetization opportunities. Leverage data-driven insights, customer feedback, and key account marketing to enhance service profitability and ensure alignment with global goals. Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for new service offerings based on market research, customer needs, and industry trends. Manage end-to-end service lifecycle. Develop service playbooks covering operational guidelines, pricing strategies, and process workflows. Coordinate with regional teams to adapt, conduct training on, and regularly update and refine playbooks. Develop strategies to deepen relationships with existing customers, transform services into additional revenue streams, enable sales and service teams, and expand service reach. Create targeted sales, marketing, and service campaigns through collaboration with other teams. Align service strategies with sales goals. Implement Voice of Customer, Voice of Sales, and Voice of Partner programs and share insights throughout org to impact new service development and enhancements. Measure the success of service initiatives globally.

What you will need to succeed:
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, engineering, or a related field required. Advanced degrees are a plus 7+ years of experience in service strategy, commercial excellence, or business development required Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and monetization. Expertise in pricing strategies, key account management, and market expansion. Proven ability to develop and execute global playbooks and frameworks. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with customer feedback programs (VOC, VOS, VOP) and KPI tracking systems.
