Job Description Job Description Description: Responsibilities: - Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of HVAC systems, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and meeting safety standards. This includes janitorial/cleaning tasks. - Address plumbing problems, such as leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs, to maintain proper water supply and drainage. - Troubleshoot and conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks to keep the facilities in optimal condition, including carpentry, painting, and basic construction work. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from multiple locations, prioritizing urgent matters to minimize disruptions to business operations. - Collaborate with management and staff to understand specific maintenance needs and ensure their timely resolution. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed, equipment serviced, and inventory of supplies. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines during all maintenance tasks. - Participate in scheduled inspections and contribute to the development of maintenance schedules and plans. - Light moving of objects from location to location.

Requirements: Requirements: - 7-10 Years proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a multi-location business setting. - Proficiency in basic HVAC, light electrical, plumbing, and general repair work. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to maintenance tasks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management. - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Availability to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies when necessary. - Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when required. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training are a plus.
