Overview: As the Custodian of Housing Works Commercial Facilities, your responsibilities include the day-to-day operation and cleanliness of commercial locations including communication process of repairs, supply needs, safety, security and physical environment, and compliance with regulatory requirements (OSHA, Fire Safety, etc.) Responsibilities: Ensure that all physical space of a facility is sanitary, clean and orderly.
