This role supports our customer-facing digital platforms including website, mobile app, and the value-added Digital Job Center. Additionally, this role supports growing competencies and enhanced training with our internal sales teams as they continue to align the customers business needs to efficiency tools. This position will report to the opco Vice-President of Marketing and Digital Strategies. This position will cover the East opco territory which includes Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. The ideal base location would be in Columbus, OH or Dayton, OH but can reside in any of the branch locations within the territory. Initial onboarding and training would take place in our Corporate office in Springfield, IL as well as other branch locations within Illinois and Missouri. How you will contribute: Digital Development and Training Understand the functionality and continually evolve/maintain the knowledge of all digital support platforms/solutions including but not limited to websites, apps, estimating software integrations, accounting QuickBooks integrations, EDI, and custom integration options. Support and continually evolve digital roadmap for website and other platforms by providing continual customer feedback for improvements. Resolve digital products or service problems by clarifying customer feedback/complaints determining root cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expedite correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Serve as backup to the Digital Operations Specialist. Provide monthly updates and reporting on status of target account roadmap and adoption. Responsible for internal sales/branch training in Springfield Electric digital platforms. Support documentation library recorded or live web trainings, in-person one-one-one trainings, and other options with a goal to increase competencies for all internal associates. Onboard new associates based on position and in coordination with the branch supervisor or Corporate training initiatives. Customer Development Develop an understanding of the customer business systems, potential customer journey/unique processes, and align Springfield Electric digital solutions to their business systems. Support customer use digital solutions to become more efficient in their day-to-day activities by understanding and articulating the potential ROI to the customer. Use data and branch sales teams account knowledge to identify target accounts for potential digital adoption. Provide ongoing follow-up and feedback through the customer adoption journey. Provide feedback and support to digital marketing solutions including customer opportunities and potential campaign suggestions by customer segment. Work alongside Marketing and Digital teams to continue to evolve content, solutions, and services that align with branch initiatives. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in business related field, 2 or more years in Marketing or customer-facing sales experience, 1 or more years in event management or training experience. Ability to travel up to 85% of the time. Proven track record in sales in a commission-based role. Ability to demonstrate ownership of sales cycle from product ground to closing the sale. Ability to work independently and with little supervision. Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Wrike, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. Creativity and ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information. Process basic technical expertise to communication with marketing, digital, and development teams. Job Title: Fiscal Specialist Department: ERIK | University Laboratory and Animal Resources The Fiscal Specialist is responsible for managing financial activities within the Animal Care and Use Program under the direction of the Senior Director. Serves as the primary contact for multiple units within the Animal Care and Use Program (ACUP) including University Laboratory Animal Resources (ULAR), Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), and Office of the Attending Veterinarian (OAV). Serves as animal census and billing coordinator by collecting ULAR room census information and adding special services billings into the eProtocol database for invoicing. Prepares purchase orders for all unit needs, including preparation of Bid Waivers for single source vendors. Resolves accounting issues associated with purchase orders/invoices. Approves invoices for payment in Workday. On a weekly basis, gathers data on operation’s needs, then places orders with appropriate vendors for food and bedding in support of animal care needs. Troubleshoots any issues that arise with these orders. Serves as the PCard manager. Manages procurement card purchases and reconciliation in Workday. Manages check deposits, cash sales, and processes reimbursements for employees. Provides guidance on policies and procedures. Works closely with unit leads on financial activities within assigned units. Participates in scheduling and tracking travel requests. Works closely with the Enterprise for Research, Innovation and Knowledge as it relates to financial operations within ACUP and supporting units. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s level degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).  How you will contribute  You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).  You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.  You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.  You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.  You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER.
